PURCHASE TERMS
1.0 General:
G-Force requires payment up-front before despatch by cash,
cheque or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard only).
Product will generally be despatched on the day following
payment confirmation.
Delivery within Australia is free, by TNT Road Express.
Insurance on freight is covered by G-Force up to $1,000. Additional
Insurance, if requested, is to be paid by the customer prior
to despatch.
Issues relating to damage or defective product are detailed
in our RETURNS POLICY.
PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
1.0 General:
G-Force warrants your (domestic) G-Force product to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
2 years from the date of initial purchase from G-Force Pty
Ltd. Our Boom Gate, deemed to be an industrial product, is
warranted for 1 year from the date of initial purchase from
G-Force Pty Ltd.
These warranties are offered free of charge and is additional
to any applicable statutory requirements, subject to the exclusions
and limitations stated below.
2.0 Exclusions & Limitations:
The warranties stated herein do not cover damage, malfunction
or service failures caused by:
a. Failure to follow G-Force product Installation, Operation
or Maintenance Instructions
b. Repair or modifications to your G-Force product by someone
other than a G-Force Service Technician or approved agent
c. Abuse, misuse or negligent acts
d. Batteries or Fuses supplied with your G-Force product (including
Handset batteries)
e. Power failure surges, lightening, fire, flood, pest damage,
accidental breakage, actions of third parties and other events
or accidents outside of G-Force Automation’s reasonable
control and not arising from normal operating conditions.
G-Force is not responsible for any special, incidental, consequential
or punitive damages arising from the use or loss of use or
failure of your G-Force product to perform as warranted, including
but not limited to damages for lost services, cost of substitute
services, lost profits, expenses arising out of third party
claims or personal injury. G-Force’s maximum liability
under any warranty, expressed or implied, is limited to the
purchase price of the product.
3.0 Warranty Claims:
G-Force reserves the right to repair or replace product at
its discretion. It may, in its discretion, use new, remanufactured,
or refurbished parts or products when repairing or replacing
your G-Force product under this warranty. Replaced or repaired
parts will become the property of G-Force Pty Ltd.
G-Force, at its discretion, and depending on location, may
choose to send a G-Force Service Technician to your property
to attend your Service requirements. Where this cannot be
accommodated, G-Force will endeavour to handle such Service
issues over the phone, speaking to a G-Force Service Technician.
Where neither of these approaches resolves the issue, product
will need to be returned to G-Force.

to our RETURNS POLICY document.
RETURNS POLICY
1.0 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
G-Force guarantees satisfaction with your G-Force product.
G-Force will refund the purchase price of any stocked item
that you are not 100% satisfied with within 30 days from the
date of purchase. (This offer excludes Custom Orders). Returned
items are subject to a 15% Restocking Charge*.
You must return the item in the same condition that we shipped
it in, with return shipping pre-paid. Intention to return
such goods must be notified to G-Force Pty Ltd on 1800 111
390 within 30 days of initial purchase from G-Force and goods
must be received by G-Force within 14 days of this notification
for this offer to be exercised. Freight costs are to be covered
by the customer.
* Applicable Restocking Charges will be deducted from any
Refund due to you under the conditions of this policy.
2.0 Product Returns Process:
G-Force will accept return of G-Force product for Repair or
Replacement according to the following conditions -
a. Contact G-Force on (03) 9729 2166 or 1800 111 930 for an
RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number before returning
goods to the factory. Only those goods listed against this
number can be returned to G-Force. There will be a charge
for returning parts that are shipped to us without an RMA
Number or for additional parts shipped that have not been
given authorized for return.
b. Goods are to be returned freight prepaid to G-Force Pty,
Unit 9, 15 Stud Road Bayswater VIC 3153
c. G-Force will assess product returned for repair within
7 days of receiving such product to determine repair requirements
and warranty cover.
d. Out-of-Warranty Repairs will not proceed until Quoted Repair
Costs and charges are received by G-Force (you will be advised
of these by phone, fax or email). Where product is deemed
by G-Force as unrepairable, you will similarly be notified.
Where you require such unrepairable product to be returned
to you, freight costs will need to be pre-paid to G-Force
prior to despatch.
e. In-Warranty Repairs will proceed as soon as practicable.
G-Force, at its discretion, may choose to replace such product,
with equivalent in-stock product. In-Warranty Repair costs
are covered free of charge (subject to the exclusions and
limitations stated in our Warranty Policy).
Cost of returning defective goods via either regular Australia
Post mail, or Courier Road Express service will be reimbursed
in full when the repaired or replacement parts are returned
to you. However, cost of returning defective goods via any
insured Priority 1, 2, or 3 day Service will be at the customer’s
cost and will not be reimbursed.
Note: G-Force must receive all items before replacement parts
can be shipped. If the customer would like a replacement part
shipped prior to us receiving the defective part, the customer
must pay full price plus shipping for the replacement part
and receive a refund only if the part is found to be defective.
Otherwise the part will be shipped back to the customer as
a spare.
